For all Bridal Appointments

  • All requests are to be made & confirmed upon booking to avoid disappointment

  • Once deposit is paid no further adjustments can be made to invoice/booking

  • Please advise of any changes to your booking prior to receiving invoice as once it has been sent, no further adjustments can be made

  • Travel fee will apply for mobile service requirements that will be advised upon confirmation of location

  • Surcharge fees for mobile services may include; travel fee, hotel accommodation, flights, parking fee, public holiday rates, etc.

  • All Mobile services incur a $100 call out fee

  • Must arrive on time to your booking, lateness may result in missing out on your requested service without prior notice

  • Bookings cannot be secured until a deposit has been received which is recommended to avoid disappointment

  • Studio bookings require 50% non-refundable deposit

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are accepted through cash or direct deposit only

  • Public holiday bookings incur 15% surcharge

  • Full Makeup application includes a pair of false lashes; any additional pair is an extra cost $15

  • Cream contouring is included in full makeup application unless advised otherwise

  • Remaining balance for Group/bridal bookings to be paid in full by cash on the day. Direct deposit 5 days prior

  • Deposit of $500 is required to secure bridal/group bookings. All other makeup services require 50% deposit to secure booking.

  • All quotations are subject to availability at time of confirmation

  • Minimum booking required for mobile services is 5 people

  • Travel fee is advised upon confirmation of location
